Zbrojovka 1937 short blank cart.?

Hello
I looks for information about cartridge from photos, in the lower part of the same dimensions as 7,92x57 mauser cases, full length its 30mm. Maybe its for the slaughter of animals? Rest yellow paint at top, and green paint at primer.

„Dobrý den, hledám informace o náboji z přiložené fotografie.
Spodní část náboje rozměrově odpovídá náboji 7,92x57 Mauser, celková délka je 30 mm.
Nejedná se o jateční nábojku pro porážku zvířat? Zaškrcení je žlutě zalakováno a kolem zápalky je zelená barva.

This cartridge isn´t factory made. In Zbrojovka Brno havent beeing produced any blank cartridges with crimped case mouth in that time. Certainly this blank cartridge isn´t any cartridge for the sloughter of animals. I think that this is new private produced blank cartridge from shortened and crimped old case, for salut shooting for anniversary of battle etc. Vladislav Badalik
